What is the age limit of the festival?

You have to be 18 years or older to attend the festival.

If I am younger than 18 can I get in if I have a guardian with me?

You can unfortunately not attend the festival even with a guardian if you are below 18 years old.

Is it ok that there’s another name on the ticket than my own?

Yes it is perfectly fine that there’s another name on the ticket.

I’ve lost my ticket, what do I do?

If you’ve lost a downloaded ticket you can visit ticketmaster.no and log in to your account there to find a copy of your ticket. You can also access your ticket through the Ticketmaster mobile app if you prefer that.

I’ve bought tickets for multiple people, how can I give them their tickets?

Ticketmaster has a ticket transfer function which allows you to transfer tickets to another person. To read more about it go to the Ticketmaster help article on Ticket Transfer.

Can my single day ticket be switched to another day than what is stated on the ticket?

No, you cannot switch days for single day tickets.

I am disabled, can I bring a companion?

If you have a disability and you have a companion with a valid companion ID they will be allowed to enter for free. However, the companion needs to register with the festival accreditation beforehand and pick up a wristband from the accreditation desk at the venue upon arrival. The companion registration can be done via the Inferno Festival accreditation site.

I have an injury or disability that requires me to have a place to sit down frequently. Can you assist me with that?

Email the festival at tickets@infernofestival.no and they’ll try to help you as best they can. If space allows, they can let people in early to access a reserved seat in these cases.

When does the first band start playing?

At the main festival venue the first band starts at 16:30 every day.

When is the last concert done for the night?

At the main festival venue the last band is done around 01:00 every night at the latest, though set times may vary slightly depending on individual band schedules.

How and where do I exchange my ticket into a festival wristband?

Information with details about the ticket exchange will be sent out to all ticket holders as well as posted on the festival’s official website and social media in the days leading up to the event.

Is it only the festival pass that needs to be exchanged into a wristband?

All festival ticket types—including single day tickets—need to be exchanged into a wristband before entry.

How can I access the daytime club stages?

To attend a daytime club concert, show your 4-day festival wristband at the entrance for free access.  It will also be possible to buy a ticket to a specific concert/club at the entrance of the clubs for those without a 4-day wristband. The clubs have limited capacity and access is on a first come, first serve basis.
